HR PAYROLL OFFICER (m / f / d) - SOUTH AFRICA (JOHANNESBURG)

Position Description:

The HR Payroll Officer at Capago is responsible for managing payroll components, monitoring legislative changes, and ensuring compliance with social security contributions. Key duties include:

  • Managing salaries and social security contributions
  • Monitoring legislative changes
  • Collecting and preparing compensation data
  • Calculating and reporting social security contributions
  • Handling employee inquiries regarding payroll and social security
  • Processing absences, overtime, and incentives
  • Entering data into payroll systems
  • Creating pay slips and managing reimbursements/deductions
  • Preparing social security declarations and payments
  • Maintaining contacts with social security organizations and regulatory bodies
  • Verifying payroll transactions and correcting errors
