We are expanding our Human Resources department and seek an experienced HR Payroll Officer eager for new challenges in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Job Description

The HR Payroll Officer is responsible for managing payroll components, monitoring legislative changes, and ensuring compliance with social security contributions and tax regulations. The role involves preparing compensation components, managing payroll calculations, and addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll and social security.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Calculating contributions based on applicable rates
  2. Managing absences (paid leave, sick leave, etc.)
  3. Collecting overtime and incentive data
  4. Entering compensation data into payroll systems
  5. Issuing payslips and maintaining payroll deductions and reimbursements
  6. Preparing social security declarations and ensuring timely payments
  7. Maintaining contact with social security organizations and regulatory bodies
  8. Verifying payroll transactions and correcting errors
  9. Performing additional tasks as assigned by management
