Job description

Based in Randburg, fixed contract - 6 to 12 months

Position Info:
  1. Manage rosters in conjunction with roster templates.
  2. Review timesheets daily and data capture accordingly; oversee daily timekeeping processes.
  3. Payroll processing.
  4. Manage employee entrance and exit procedures, including interviews, contracts, inductions, and organograms.
  5. Manage staff purchases and commission/incentive programs.
  6. Conduct random staff assessments.
  7. Perform monthly and periodic staff assessments.
  8. Handle recruitment processes.
  9. Manage disciplinary processes, including warnings, hearings, CCMA, and liaising with labour consultants.
  10. Oversee calculation and payment of salaries, issuing payslips, and ensuring related compliance.
  11. Manage all statutory returns such as EMP201, EMP501, eFiling, IRP5, IT3a, etc.
  12. Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily reports.
  13. Implement and maintain payroll and EMP IT packages.
  14. Develop and update various policies and procedures.
  15. Maintain the training manual and oversee staff training processes.
  16. Manage code of conduct and POPI Act processes.
  17. Implement and maintain team non-negotiables, assessment tools, dashboards, analytics, and control sheets.
  18. Handle full HR functions, including KPI setting, incentive programs, reviews, and employee liaison.
