Job Description

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire an HR Operations Lead based at the client in Centurion.

Responsibilities

1. Onboarding.
2. Exit process management.
3. Coordinate induction programmes.
4. Human Resource Administration.
5. Payroll Administration.
6. WSP / ATR submissions.
7. EE reports submission.
8. Maintain and supply B-BBEE information.
9. Co-ordinate Training & Development plans with line Manager.
10. Talent Management.
11. Performance appraisal and management.
12. Utilise HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and improve workforce trends.
13. Implement HR policies and procedures.
14. Provide line managers with guidance and support on HR activities.
15. Employee relations, including CCMA representation.

Requirements

• A holder of Matric or Grade 12 with English as first language.
• A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• An experienced professional with 5 years in HR.
• Skilled in performance management, HR best practices, and labour legislation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
