HR Officer – Johannesburg (Warehouse-Based)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, people-smart HR Officer to join our warehouse team in Germiston, Gauteng.

Our team moves fast, solves problems, and maintains a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & contracts: Managing job postings and contracts
2. Onboarding: Welcoming new employees from day one
3. Leave, benefits & payroll administration
4. Performance management: Supporting team targets and growth
5. Team development: Identifying training needs
6. Supporting line managers: With disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievances
7. Ensuring compliance: With labour laws, health & safety, and company policies
8. Assisting with shift planning, overtime, and staffing levels
9. HR administration: Maintaining policies and documentation

Personal Skills and Attributes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and hands-on
