Job description

This role will be accountable for carrying out admin tasks related to regional Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, and Employee Exit / Redeployment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Provide administrative support to ensure a seamless end-to-end Talent Acquisition process.
    • Ensure induction is conducted timely for new recruits.
    • Assist in executing agreed promotions.
  • Performance Management
    • Support the facilitation of the end-to-end PDR Cycle, addressing both good and poor performance.
  • Industrial Relations
    • Administer processes related to Consequence Management (IR).
    • Handle administrative tasks related to Grievance Management as required.
    • Support initiatives to promote Employment Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
  • Redeploy and Exit Employees
    • Manage all administrative activities related to employee redeployment and exit, including retrenchment, retirement, ill-health, and transfers.
  • General Operational and Financial Management
    • Participate actively in operational planning and budgeting.
    • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining operational practices, processes, and systems.
    • Ensure adherence to operational and financial standards, controls, and practices.
    • Control costs and take necessary actions to mitigate financial risks or non-compliance.
