Masterparts HR and IR Officer Epping 2 - North Masterparts was founded in South Africa in August to provide auto shops and the public with an extensive range of high-quality engine parts.

We currently employ well over seven hundred employees in South Africa and Namibia.

I am looking for an HR / IR Officer to perform all IR-related functions and occasionally assist with HR matters.

Duties will include : Supporting and advising managers on IR-related matters.

Training supervisors and managers to handle all IR-related issues.

Creating internal training material and training managers, supervisors, and team leaders.

Chairing IR hearings and meetings face-to-face and online.

Attending to CCMA and DRC matters.

Ad hoc HR Generalist duties as needed.

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for this opportunity : At least five years of proven experience in a similar role.

A relevant three-year tertiary qualification.

In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation.

Previous MIBCO and DRC exposure will be advantageous.

You must be able to communicate professionally in English.

You must have advanced-level skills in using MS Word.

You must be competent with all MS Office suite programs.

Previous experience working with Sage People and EcoTime is advantageous.
