Job description

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
  • Facilitate staff onboarding and induction processes.
  • Input and manage payroll data accurately.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ERP systems.
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave, and wellness matters.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing company policies.
  • Compile and submit WSP / Annual Training Plans and Employment Equity data.
  • Implement training and development initiatives.
  • Assist with injury on duty cases and arrange staff medicals.
  • Manage employee benefits and wellness programmes.
  • Support HR reporting and administrative functions.
  • Monitor and coordinate performance appraisals.
  • Assist in the development of job profiles and job descriptions.
  • Maintain a clean, organised HR office environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of HR and company goals.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, procedural, and policy requirements.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (required).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Knowledge of IR practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication, reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability.
