- Input and manage payroll data accurately.
- Maintain and update employee records and ERP systems.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and wellness matters.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing company policies.
- Compile and submit WSP / Annual Training Plans and Employment Equity data.
- Implement training and development initiatives.
- Assist with injury on duty cases and arrange staff medicals.
- Manage employee benefits and wellness programmes.
- Support HR reporting and administrative functions.
- Monitor and coordinate performance appraisals.
- Assist in the development of job profiles and job descriptions.
- Maintain a clean, organised HR office environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of HR and company goals.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, procedural, and policy requirements.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (required).
- 13 years experience in Human Resource Management.
- Knowledge of IR practices and employment legislation.
