Job Title: HR Officer

Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
  • 3 - 4 years of human resource generalist experience
  • Knowledge of relevant Labour Relations legislation
  • Knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver employee onboarding programs in collaboration with Heads of Departments (HODs).
  2. Interpret and assist in the application of HR policies for Head Office employees with queries and concerns.
  3. Coordinate and support recruitment and selection processes at Head Office.
  4. Collect and compile data on employee relations to support the Group ER Specialist.
  5. Assist in implementing guidelines and procedures for handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  6. Gather, verify, and analyze data on HR matters to provide feedback for group-wide trend analysis.
  7. Build and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders (Nurses, Hospital Management, Administrators) and external stakeholders (Service Providers, Labour, CCMA).
  8. Collaborate with internal leaders to establish escalation processes for HR-related crises.
  9. Manage HR operational goals efficiently and within timeframes.
  10. Analyze reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and inconsistencies for decision-making.
  11. Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance standards and participate in HR audits.
