Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Relevant HR Diploma or Degree
  • Valid Driver's License with Own Car
  • 3-5 years experience as an HR Officer in a similar industry
  • MS Office literate
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full HR function
  • Talent management and recruitment (head office & retail stores)
  • Staff onboarding
  • Employee wellness initiatives
  • Coordinate training and skills development
  • Handle IR-related matters with third-party assistance
  • Develop the work skills plan
