Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within a Manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • 4 years' experience in Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing or Production site is an advantage.

  • Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end Performance Development Review Cycle.

Job Description

This role will be accountable for carrying out admin tasks related to regional Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, and Employee Exit / Redeployment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition
  • Provide administrative support to ensure a seamless end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
  • Ensure induction is conducted promptly for new recruits
  • Assist with executing agreed promotions
  • Performance Management
    • Support the facilitation of the end-to-end PDR Cycle (for both good and poor performance)
  • Industrial Relations
    • Administer processes related to Consequence Management
    • Manage administrative tasks related to Grievance Management as needed
    • Support initiatives to promote Employment Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
  • Redeploy and Exit Employees
    • Handle all admin activities related to employee redeployment and exit, including retrenchment, retirement, ill-health, transfer, etc.
  • General Operational and Financial Management
    • Participate in operational planning and budgeting
    • Drive continuous improvement through streamlining and optimizing operational practices, processes, and systems
    • Ensure compliance with operational and financial frameworks, standards, and controls
    • Manage costs and address any financial risks or non-compliance issues
    Desired Experience & Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
    • At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources Management
    • Experience working in a Manufacturing or Production plant site
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate level), Sage People, HR Services, Recruitment & Selection
