Job Description
This role will be accountable for carrying out admin tasks related to regional Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, and Employee Exit / Redeployment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Provide administrative support to ensure a seamless end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
- Ensure induction is conducted promptly for new recruits
- Assist with executing agreed promotions
Performance Management- Support the facilitation of the end-to-end PDR Cycle (for both good and poor performance)
Industrial Relations- Administer processes related to Consequence Management
- Manage administrative tasks related to Grievance Management as needed
- Support initiatives to promote Employment Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
Redeploy and Exit Employees- Handle all admin activities related to employee redeployment and exit, including retrenchment, retirement, ill-health, transfer, etc.
General Operational and Financial Management- Participate in operational planning and budgeting
- Drive continuous improvement through streamlining and optimizing operational practices, processes, and systems
- Ensure compliance with operational and financial frameworks, standards, and controls
- Manage costs and address any financial risks or non-compliance issues
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources Management
- Experience working in a Manufacturing or Production plant site
- Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate level), Sage People, HR Services, Recruitment & Selection
