Our FMCG client is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage various HR functions within the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities
  1. Managing the employee lifecycle: From recruitment to termination, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
  2. Employee relations: Address inquiries, resolve grievances, and implement disciplinary procedures.
  3. Payroll administration: Ensure accurate processing and record-keeping.
  4. Training and development: Organize onboarding and training programs.
  5. HR policy implementation: Develop and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
  6. Performance management: Support systems for employee evaluation.
  7. Employee engagement: Promote initiatives like team building and awards.
  8. Succession planning: Participate in leadership transition activities.
  9. Data reporting: Generate HR metrics reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
