Job Purpose

The role is accountable for providing efficient HR support to the Region. This includes tasks related to regional Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Exit / Redeployment.

Key Accountabilities And Outputs
  • Talent Acquisition: Provide administrative support for end-to-end Talent Acquisition, ensure timely induction for new recruits, assist with promotions.
  • Performance Management: Support the facilitation of the PDR Cycle for all performance levels.
  • Industrial Relations: Conduct administrative tasks related to Consequence Management, Grievance Management, and support initiatives for Employment Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
  • Redeploy and Exit Employees: Manage administrative activities for employee redeployment and exit processes, including retrenchment, retirement, ill-health, and transfer.
  • General Operational and Financial Management: Participate in operational planning and budgeting, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with operational and financial standards.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Honours Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology / NQF level 8 (Essential)
  • Up to 3 years' experience in operational execution
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate), Sage People
