  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR operations, including systems administration, employee benefits, payroll input, and recruitment coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Time and Attendance system
  • Manage and support the Employee Self-Service platform
  • Coordinate recruitment and offboarding processes
  • Compile and submit monthly payroll instructions and supporting documentation
  • Administer employee benefits, including pension fund, medical aid, and gap cover
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR-related reports

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • 3 years National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
  • An unendorsed driver’s licence
  • 2 years’ experience in Human Resources environment
  • Knowledge of computerised HR systems and data bases
  • Computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Own reliable transport
