A leading company seeks a skilled HR professional to manage recruitment, compliance, and employee relations in Cape Town. This full-time role requires a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, fluent communication in Afrikaans and English, and a minimum of 5 years HR experience. The right candidate will handle various HR functions while supporting performance management and learning initiatives.
Salary : R23 000 - R25 000CTC per month - Depending on Qualifications and experience.

Responsible for HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation.
