Qualifications

  • At least 6 months in current HR role with proven experience.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counselling on HR policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Assist in the performance management processes
  • Support and guide management on disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Preparing and Submitting EE Reports: Requirements and Skills
  • At least 6 months in your current role
  • Ability to work shifts to support 24/7 operations
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or related HR position
  • BPO experience is a plus
  • Experience in contact centers or supporting up to 250 employees
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Experience in handling CCMA cases
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High ethical standards and reliability
  • BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or relevant field; additional training is a plus
  • HR credentials (e.g., PHR) are preferred
