Introduction

Our client is seeking a qualified HR Manager based in Midrand.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Maintain updated documents on the company CRM/ERP system and inform employees of updates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures to ensure competitive remuneration.
  • Introduce medical aid benefits and performance-based packages.
  • Provide strategic HR support to leadership with data-driven insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures, fostering a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Serve as a liaison for legal matters, coordinating with attorneys or representing the company in legal disputes, including rental, franchise, civil, criminal cases, and CCMA/Labour Court.
