Role Purpose:

The HR Manager will support organisational effectiveness in our agriculture operations by implementing best-practice human resources solutions aligned with business strategy and operational needs. The HR Manager: National Chicks supports Astral's strategic focus on investing in people and fostering a strong company culture and employee relations. Manages the end-to-end human resource functions, this role ensures alignment with the company's vision and maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement: Human Resources Degree
  • Advantageous qualification: Labour Relations, Industrial Psychology Honours Degree

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 Years work experience
  • Minimum of 5 Years experience in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum of 3 Years experience working in Agriculture & FMCG
