Our client has a position available for a dynamic individual with strong HR & Operations background.

POSITION INFO : Qualifications :

  • Degree in Human Resources

Minimum requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Full understanding of HR functions
  • Good understanding of all the appropriate Acts (LRA, BCEA, OSHA, COID, EEA)
  • Maintain confidentiality, tact, and discretion when handling sensitive data
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Own Transport

Key Performance Areas :

  • Responsible and accountable for the full HR function .

  • Managing and conducting disciplinary hearings in line with the company''s disciplinary code of conduct
