Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues
  • Conduct training and development programmes for employees
  • Handle grievances and resolve conflicts within the workplace

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practises
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
