Job Description
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits and payroll
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues
- Conduct training and development programmes for employees
- Handle grievances and resolve conflicts within the workplace
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD)
- Experience in the travel, leisure, tourism, or hospitality industry
