Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Providestrategic HR leadershipand guidance to management and staff.
  • Develop, review, and implementHR policies, procedures, andstrategies.
  • Oversee allHR administration, including recruitment, payroll, leave, and reporting.
  • Leadtalent acquisition,retention, andsuccession planningefforts.
  • Manageemployee relations,disciplinary processes, andconflict resolution.
  • Implement and managewellness programmes,EE plans, andchange initiatives.
  • Facilitateperformance management systemsand conduct performance reviews.
  • DriveHR service delivery improvementsandsystem automation.
  • Conductculture and engagement surveys, and develop action plans.
  • Ensure compliance withstatutory regulations, audits, and best practices.
  • Overseebenefits and compensationadministration.
  • Advise line managers on all HR and organisational development matters.
  • Lead and manage theHR teamto deliver high-quality, responsive services.
