Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Oversee and manage various teams in the office.
  2. HR Policies and SOPs: Develop and execute HR Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  3. Employee Contracts: Draft employee contracts and incentive structures.
  4. IR Management: Manage and resolve IR and CCMA cases.
  5. Conduct disciplinary hearings, performance hearings, contract negotiations, and contract addendum drafting.
  6. Facilitate Conciliation and Arbitration processes.
  7. Performance Management: Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across teams and departments.
  8. Implement and conduct performance reviews and performance management.
