The HR Manager is an individual contributor responsible for supporting our South Africa office.

You'll collaborate closely with the MEA HR Team, the South Africa General Manager, and other business leaders.

Your responsibilities include HR administration, process efficiency, and maintaining confidentiality.

We value effective communication and alignment with our business strategy.

This position is onsite at our Northriding location.

In this role, a typical day will include:

1. Partnering with hiring managers on full-cycle recruitment for the region, including onboarding and headcount planning
2. Preparing offers and performing compensation analysis for hires, reviews, or promotions
3. Managing performance processes, ensuring adherence to policies, and guiding managers in evaluations
4. Implementing talent actions and participating in employee engagement initiatives
5. Ensuring HR functions meet international quality standards and setting HR quality objectives
6. Consulting on internal movement decisions, transfers, promotions, and job enhancements
7. Assisting in monthly HR reporting, including turnover and time-to-fill metrics
8. Ensuring compensation structures align with market data and company guidelines, managing benefits and payroll
9. Coordinating B-BBEE initiatives and ensuring compliance with governmental and legal requirements
10. Partnering with EMEA HR colleagues and leadership to drive change initiatives
11. Applying policies consistently and collaborating with legal agencies as needed
