Minimum 7-10 years HR experience with exposure to Blue Collar and Business Processes.Strong knowledge and proven experience in Industrial Relations.Extensive knowledge and experience in the Tech and Industrial HR fields.Ability to lead projects and interact effectively with management at all levels.Knowledge of recruitment practices.Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.MUST be meticulous about attention to detail and data accuracy.Self-management skills, including effective stakeholder communication.Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively.Initiative-taking in projects.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and make decisions accordingly.Understanding of Change Management and HR's role in organizational change.Ability to engage with senior strategic management.Strong sense of urgency.Capability to handle conflicts at various levels.Experience in leading a team.Experience dealing within the automotive industry.Ability to manage relations with Trade Unions.Additional advantages include exposure to supply chain, logistics industries, project management, and coaching techniques.Main Purpose of the RolePartner with the business to provide compliant HR and IR support, guidance, and services to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with business leaders, drive organizational priorities, and align local activities with global initiatives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesHandle conflicts that may arise in any work situation.Implement the Group HR strategy through effective communication and participation in regional operational meetings.Manage projects to ensure quality service delivery to HR teams, business units, and centers of excellence.Provide timely information and reports to support effective business management.Maintain sound employee relations by guiding managers in HR and IR best practices.Promote awareness and usage of HRIS and reports.Identify potential problems and trends proactively, advising management accordingly.Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and policies.Participate in or lead HR and business committees / meetings.Build effective relationships with external HR and support entities.Manage HR costs within budget for optimal resource utilization.Oversee daily HR activities and administration standards.Manage HR / business projects, supporting strategic goals.Ensure HRIS data accuracy through monthly audits and corrections.Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.Address disciplinary charges, hearings, conciliations, and arbitrations.Manage union-related matters and facilitate dispute resolution between employees and managers.
