• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company goals, diversity targets, and global talent acquisition strategies.
• Design and implement performance management systems that align with corporate objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing across all business units.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, including the Labour Relations Act, BCEA, and Employment Equity Act.
• Lead initiatives to promote employee wellbeing, including health and wellness programs, engagement surveys, and team-building events.
• Develop and execute talent management strategies focused on employee development, succession planning, and retention.
• Drive transformation and diversity initiatives in line with BBBEE requirements and company equity goals.
• Manage and optimize HRIS systems (e.g., WORKDAY) to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
