Job summary

National Consumer Tribunal is offering a 24-month Internship Programme in Human Resources related fields, providing graduates with practical work experience in HRM, HR Development, Industrial Psychology, or Labour Relations in Centurion, Gauteng.

Interns will assist with HR operations, support recruitment and employee development, and collaborate on HR projects under mentorship, gaining exposure to a professional HR environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, HR Development or Labour Relations.
• Relevant academic background in HR fields required or preferred.
• Candidates may have either a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in HRM/HRD/Labour Relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR operations and functions.
• Support recruitment, employee development, and labour relations initiatives.
• Collaborate on HR-related projects as assigned by mentors.
