Overview

Our client within the Retail sector is seeking a HRBP / HR Generalist to join their team in the Nelspruit region. This will be a permanent opportunity and will focus on HR Processes, Compliance and People Management.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
  • Managing HR processes including payroll, leave, benefits, and performance reporting.
  • Supporting compliance in OHS, EE, and HR policies.
  • Advising managers and staff on HR-related issues.
  • Participating in workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Driving employee relations and supporting IR matters.
  • Preparing HR reports, analysing trends, and making recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 with an Associate BA degree In HR or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in an HR administrative role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of HR Systems and applications
  • Solid understanding of BCEA and OHS
