Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Johannesburg seeks an HR Manager to conduct recruitment, manage employee relations, and develop training plans. Preferred candidates will have a diploma in HR or related fields, and experience with Labour Law. Proficiency in multiple languages is essential. Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Registration with the SABPP will be advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of Labour Law and B-BBEE regulations.

Job description

Responsibilities

Conduct recruitment, selection, and appointment activities to attract and recruit the best talent.

Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources.

Design and facilitate new employee induction and orientation programs Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on policies and procedures. Assist in the analysis of staff turnover trends

Conduct departmental training needs analysis, skills audit, competency profiling and develop training plan

Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Provide advice on HR policies and procedures

Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

Develop training plans and Workplace Skills Plan

Facilitate and assist Line Managers with the effective implementation of performance agreements, evaluations and assessments within the cycle Coordinate employee development plans and performance management Participate in the implementation of employee retention strategy Conduct climate surveys, analyses the status quo, diagnose problems, and assist management to come up with ways to address areas of concerns and challenges

Coordinate Change Management initiatives

Suggest new HR strategies to improve HR offering to business

General HR Administration

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Diploma in Industrial & Organisational Psychology / Human Resources or related is essential

Registration with the SABPP will be advantageous
