The HR Division is implementing a client-centric service model which includes client partnering and centres of excellence dedicated to developing strategies policies and capacity-building initiatives for both the HR function and the broader university. As part of its operating model the HR Division has established an HR Organisational Development and Effectiveness (ODE) function. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our HR Division as the Director : ODE. This role is crucial in amongst others ensuring that SU attracts retains and develops the talent necessary for organisational success.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to deliver this presentation to the selection committee. Applicants are expected to base their presentations on their own real lived experiences-drawing from their own hands-on involvement in designing and implementing ODE strategies policies and processes in complex environments.
