HR DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR - SAP SOFTWARE

POSITION INFO :

Location: WEST RAND

Salary: R30 000 max

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric plus HR / Training and Development qualification essential
2. Experience within a Training and Development work environment required
3. Sound knowledge of SAP Business Events module
4. Understanding of legislation pertaining to impact on training and development practices and HR Administration requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Co-ordinate Group Training events, utilize SAP BE to ensure accurate training data and reporting
2. Upkeep of training records, oversee payment processes for study
3. Participation on various training projects
