Job Summary

To provide administrative support to the HR Business Unit across the entire HR Value Chain.

Responsibilities

Administer organizational employee database through SAP SuccessFactors and provide accurate reports to ensure reliable HR information.

Manage talent and management information to support sourcing and placement of employees.

Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.

Assist with recruitment services, onboarding, and termination processes.

Track and monitor leave, absenteeism, exits, and conduct post-employment interviews; identify issues and trends for improvement.

Implement and administer payroll-related activities to ensure consistency.

Assist in facilitating Employment Equity and Skills Development Committee meetings.

Prepare and maintain accurate training registers and ensure documentation is transferred to employee files for updating Workplace Skills plans and Annual Training reports.

Administer and report on wellness activities to provide management with relevant information.

Basic Qualifications

Other responsibilities as assigned or required :

At least 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing multinational company.

Understanding of HR practices.

Knowledge of recruitment and selection process administration.

Knowledge of HR database administration.

Education / Training Required

National Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields preferred.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
