About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive People Operations Consultant to cover a maternity leave within our People Ops team (6-month contract).

This is a unique opportunity to keep things running smoothly and bring a strategic perspective into our operations.

We're looking for someone who can handle all core HR and people functions and identify improvements that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations Oversight: Take full ownership of HR operations, ensuring smooth, compliant processes from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Employee Relations & Disciplinary Handling: Manage and resolve employee issues sensitively and professionally.
  • Policy Review & Optimization: Audit, update, and implement policies to support a modern, growing workplace.
  • Performance & Review Cycle Management: Oversee the annual performance review process, providing tools and guidance.
  • Payroll & Contractor Payments: Manage payroll and contractor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strategic Input & Knowledge Sharing: Provide insights and share expertise to improve HR systems and processes.

  • Proven experience in a senior HR or People Operations role, especially in fast-paced environments.
