POSITION INFO : Requirements :

  • Qualification in Human Resources advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role
  • Proficient in Afrikaans and English
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, policies and legalities

Duties :

  • Provide expert HR advice on various topics including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, retention and legal compliance
  • Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Advise on and resolve employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances
  • Conduct disciplinary hearings and exit interviews
  • Oversee training and development programs
  • Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Advise on risk management strategies related to HR practices
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as required
