We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for all HR-related topics and will work closely with Business Leaders and other HR professionals in the EMEA-team in order to guarantee an efficient and effective HR service towards managers and employees in South Africa.
In South Africa, Fagron has sites in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and White River and employs 90 people in total.
You will be located in Johannesburg and will travel regularly to the other sites within your scope of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement the HR plan for all the Fagron entities in your scope supporting the business strategy.
- Being a sparring partner for managers in HR-related business challenges, such as retention, organizational design and change, talent development, team development, and employee engagement.
- Advising about and supporting in the full employee life cycle.
- Responsible for the annual performance, talent, and salary review in collaboration with the local teams and Global HR.
- End responsible for all HR admin processes with regards to onboarding, offboarding and changes documented and processed in the payroll.
- Implementing Global and EMEA HR policies and/or processes.
- Initiating and leading local HR projects.
- Playing a pivotal role in bringing HR for Fagron EMEA to the next level.
- End responsible for solid internal communication.

You have the following qualifications, experience, and capabilities:
- Master's Degree qualification or reasoning equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in different HR roles.
- Preferably in an international company.
- Independent, hands-on, analytical, and flexible.
- Excellent business acumen, influencing, and coaching skills.
