While automotive experience is not essential, a background in theretail sectoris highly advantageous.

What Were Looking For :
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Manager
Strong understanding of HR practices, principles, and labour legislation
Ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
