HR Business Partner / Senior HR Manager( Automotive Retail Sector) - Johannesburg, Sandton - R40 to R60

A growing mid-sized automotive dealership is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and elevate the HR function during an exciting expansion phase.

While automotive experience is not essential, a background in theretail sectoris highly advantageous.

This is a strategic role suited for someone confident in leading from the front, bringing structure, implementing people strategies that support scale, and shaping a strong performance-driven culture.

As the business prepares for multi-location growth, we need a forward-thinking leader who can support and influence at all levels.

What Were Looking For :

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Manager
