HR BUSINESS PARTNER - MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

BASED IN BENONI

R590 CTC PER ANNUM

AA / EE

KNOWLEDGE OF SAP AND SAGE 300 PEOPLE

Must have a stable work history within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Accountability for all HR generalist functions and the full recruitment lifecycle.
  2. Onboarding and terminations.
  3. Creation of job descriptions.
  4. Development of HR strategies and initiatives.
  5. Employee relations:
  6. Attend to IR matters and staff grievances, involve in disciplinary processes, and ensure prompt resolutions.
  7. Involvement in career advancement policies and programmes.
  8. Compile minutes of EE and Skills Development meetings.
  9. Maintain all employee records and documentation.
  10. Update all employee data on the system.
  11. Have sound knowledge of HRD policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in skills development and related audits as required.
