We’re seeking a top-tier HR Business Partner to craft our people strategy. Working with the Director P&C and the management team, you will plan, develop, deploy, and manage P&C initiatives that align with business strategy and foster a strong organizational culture. You will also take full ownership of labour relations across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR Generalist experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical markets, solid knowledge of South African labour laws, and a passion for enhancing people and business performance.
