Join Us: HR Business Partner Africa at FMC Corporation

FMC Agricultural Solutions provides innovative crop protection solutions globally. Thanks to our dedicated team of over 5,000 employees, we are among the six largest crop protection manufacturers worldwide.

We are seeking an HR Business Partner Africa (m/f/d) to support our growth across the African continent, including South Africa, Southern African countries, West & Central Africa, and East Africa. This role involves implementing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives to support our African operations.

Responsibilities
  • Align HR practices with business goals and support daily HR operations, including country-specific needs.
  • Manage staffing processes, from building international teams to handling disputes, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition, development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects related to workforce planning, training, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, payroll, and safety standards.
  • Support legal HR processes and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Drive change management, process improvements, and organizational restructuring.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR role (HR Manager, HRBP).
  • Experience in the agrochemical or related industry is advantageous.
  • Strong HR knowledge and ability to apply skills in diverse situations.
