HR Business Partner – 2 months

  • £230 – £250 per day

We’re recruiting for a forward-thinking organisation seeking a confident HR Business Partner to provide expert guidance and drive key people initiatives.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting a wide range of HR activity including:

  1. Supporting restructures and organisational change
  2. Leading consultation 1:1s and redundancy dismissal meetings
  3. Managing redundancy calculations and settlement agreements
  4. Drafting outcome letters and packs
  5. Handling generalist HR queries and casework

What you’ll bring:

  1. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
  2. Strong generalist HR background
  3. Proven experience with change management & TUPE
  4. Great stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
