We’re recruiting for a forward-thinking organisation seeking a confident HR Business Partner to provide expert guidance and drive key people initiatives.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting a wide range of HR activity including:
Supporting restructures and organisational change
Leading consultation 1:1s and redundancy dismissal meetings
Managing redundancy calculations and settlement agreements
Drafting outcome letters and packs
Handling generalist HR queries and casework
What you’ll bring:
CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
Strong generalist HR background
Proven experience with change management & TUPE
Great stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
