HR Business Partner (Human Resource Partner) – Wellington
One of the country’s leading fruit exporters recruits for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our talented teams. This position will suit an energetic professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career.
The position looks after compliance with legislation, codes, and industry standards and contributes and participates in HR and business strategy development and implementation. The incumbent will be energised by a fast-paced environment and manage a wide variety of activities with discretion.
Education & Experience:
Relevant tertiary qualification, plus strong experience with labour legislation and dispute resolution
3-5 years’ relevant HR Generalist experience is essential
Previous exposure to the agricultural industry is highly advantageous
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, AI tools, and PowerPoint) with technological savvy strongly preferred
Experience with payroll and HR information systems & HR Analytics
Employment Equity reporting
Learning & Development focal point
Submitting reporting of WSP & ATR to the SETAs – similar experience is essential
Project and Change Management experience
