iGuardSA is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide end-to-end HR support for a cybersecurity operation. The successful candidate will lead talent acquisition, oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with HR legislation, leveraging analytical tools to drive continuous improvement.

Purpose of the Role: Provide end-to-end HR support that enables disciplined execution, high performance, and compliant growth across a 24 × 7 cybersecurity operation. The role combines strategic input with hands-on delivery: workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and change enablement.
Core Responsibilities
Translate business goals into a three-year people plan; run annual headcount and skills-gap analyses; track talent costs and capacity against SOC demand.
Talent Acquisition
Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles; build short-list pipelines within 20 business days; drive hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
Deliver a 30-60-90 onboarding programme tied to SOC readiness checklists: issue probation reviews and retention risk flags.
Performance & Reward
Maintain the performance management calendar; coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and corrective action; align variable pay to SLA adherence and billable utilisation.
Learning & Development
Coordinate technical cert paths (e.g., CISSP, Azure, IBM QRadar) and leadership workshops; manage annual training budget; report training ROI using Kirkpatrick Level 3 metrics.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Resolve grievances within policy timelines; run quarterly pulse surveys and publish action plans; uphold disciplinary, execution, and trust values.
HR Data & Compliance
Administer HRIS and people analytics dashboards; ensure compliance with BCEA, EEA, POPIA, and HPCSA codes; prepare audit packs and BBBEE HR elements.
Change & Culture
Lead HR workstreams on technology or organisational changes (e.g., SOC structure realignments); run impact assessments and communications.
