Job description

HR Business Partner required in Pietermaritzburg.

Currently recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner for a company in the Manufacturing industry in Pietermaritzburg to partner with the Management Team of an assigned Business/Division, to drive business and operational effectiveness.

The HRBP will be responsible for the management and administration of the HR life cycle of staff in their allocated business unit to ensure a suitable balance between HR Administrative excellence and Transformational HR service delivery.

Must be prepared to relocate

Salary: R30 000 to 40 000 per month.

Requirements:

  1. Matric.
  2. Tertiary Qualification in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  3. Post Graduate Qualification Advantageous.
  4. 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management in a Manufacturing Environment.
