Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner role.
  • Knowledge of South African labour legislation.
  • FoodBev Industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Guide HR Administrator and manage core HR functions.
  • Handle recruitment, performance, training, and employee relations.
  • Involvement in BBBEE and data analytics.

Job description

A client of ours within the Cold Storage sector is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team

Location : Johannesburg

Requirements :

  • Matric (equivalent of NQF level 4)
  • B Degree or equivalent in terms of recognition of prior learning
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Business Partner role, with proven responsibility for the independent delivery of core HR operations and transactional HR functions across the employee lifecycle
  • Demonstrated and up-to-date working knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act, (LRA), Employment Equity Act (EEA) and Skills Development Act (SDA)
  • FoodBev Industry experience will be advantageous
