Job description

The candidate will be responsible for the following :

  • Advise line managers and executives on HR policies, procedures, and workforce planning.
  • Assisting in recruitment, selection and onboarding
  • Managing employee performance
  • HR Administration and Reporting
  • Submission of WSP & ATR
  • Assisting with employee programmes
  • Identify learning needs, support skill development, and coordinate relevant training programs.
  • Attend to general requests / queries from all employees.

Minimum Requirements :

  • 5 years experience as HR
  • Currently dealing with over 500 employees
  • In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
