HR Business Partner
Job description
The candidate will be responsible for the following :
- Advise line managers and executives on HR policies, procedures, and workforce planning.
- Assisting in recruitment, selection and onboarding
- Managing employee performance
- HR Administration and Reporting
- Submission of WSP & ATR
- Assisting with employee programmes
- Identify learning needs, support skill development, and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Attend to general requests / queries from all employees.
Minimum Requirements :
- 5 years experience as HR
- Currently dealing with over 500 employees
- In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
