Mission of the role

As our HR Business Partner, your mission is to drive business success through people-first strategies.

You'll collaborate closely with leadership to shape and execute HR initiatives that align with long-term goals—translating strategy into actionable plans and delivering results that empower teams, elevate talent, and strengthen organizational capability.

Your mission :
  • Lead strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR frameworks including policies, procedures, and KPIs.
  • Advise management on employee relations, performance, and people practices.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding.
  • Drive employee development through training, performance management, and engagement.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance, and champion Employment Equity and Skills Development.
Your Profile :
  • 2 to 3 years working experience in managerial role.
  • Solid knowledge of all HR processes.
  • Knowledge of HR Legal Matters.
  • Management, Leadership, Negotiating and Decision-making skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Degree / Diploma in the field of Human Resources or equivalent.
