Responsibilities
  • Full payroll function for + employees in multiple companies
  • Full administration function (Contracts, leave, job descriptions etc)
  • Full statutory processing function (EE, SD, EMP's, WMC, ROE, SARS)
  • Reporting
  • DOL audits
  • Administration of Pension / Provident & Risk funds
  • Recruitment functions
  • Onboarding & Exit processes
  • Salary benchmarking & Organograms
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous 2+ Years experience working in HR and payroll administration roles within financial services or investment industry
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (Sage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
