Hr And Transformation Officer
Job description
- Assist the Transformation Manager with the planning, coordinating and execution of the transformation strategy
- Assist with executing recruitment processes, arranging interviews and managing response handling, ensuring that pre-employment checks are in place
- Facilitate onboarding and induction processes
- Prepare engagement packs for the Head Office
- Ensure that job descriptions are in line with roles, and job titles are in line with Group titles
- Track employee movements and the necessary paperwork for promotions and transfers
- Coordinate resignations and paperwork
- Maintain and assist with annual Employment Equity statistics and reporting
- Assist with coordinating, compiling and submitting the workplace skills plan and annual training reports to SETA
- Collate required documentation for all elements of the B-BBEE scorecard
- Ensure that the workflow and procedures are documented, and that appropriate audits are conducted, to ensure data integrity
- Act as the HR interface with Head Office
- Assist with human capital projects
Education Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR Management
Job Requirements and Skills:
- 2 to 3 years' experience in an HR generalist role is essential
- Sage 300 knowledge is essential
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies and labour laws
- Sound knowledge on BBBEE
- Proven track record of CCMA experience and bargaining council, preferably MEIBC
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
- Team player
