Minimum Requirements
- 5 years or more of BBBEE / Transformation experience
- Computer literate to advanced level (Windows, MS Word, Excel)
- Experience with BBBEE Scorecard requirements is essential
- PSIber Payroll & other Payroll ERP’s experience will be an added advantage
- Experience in submission of Workplace Skills Plan, Employment Equity will be an added advantage
- 2 years or more managerial experience
Transformation and BEE Requirements
- Keeping and organising all documentation pertaining to BEE and Transformation.
- Advise and assist with ED partnerships.
- Annual application and management of learnerships.
- Advise management on employment equity issues and co-ordinate training, enterprise development and socio-economic development in line with statutory codes.
- Co-ordination of the annual BEE audit.
- Implementation & Management of learnership initiatives for ±350 students.
- BBBEE monthly update of scorecard & quarterly reporting.
Payroll
- Overseeing company payroll administration.
- Collate payroll information, produce reports and journals.
- Ensure that payroll department submits accurate and timeous monthly statutory contributions.
- Reconciliation of payroll related General Ledger accounts.
- Preparation of payroll related reports for managers.
- Termination and redundancy administration as required.
- Oversight of end of year processing and reconciliation including payment summaries – statutory and company.
- Attending to Internal Audit requirements.
Human Resources
- Co-ordination and management of workers compensation, employment equity & workplace skills plan.
- Handling salaried staff and GM queries regarding payroll and HR.
- Assistance where necessary with employee contracts and letters of offer.
- Management of ad hoc HR and Payroll matters.
