An established SaaS company seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Support Operations Associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across HR, recruitment, office operations, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed Commerce-related degree (HR, Business Administration, or a related field).
No more than three years of post-degree work experience.
Strong administrative, problem-solving, and people skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
A proactive, trustworthy, and detail-oriented approach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and HR Support – Screening CVs, coordinating interviews, managing assessments, and supporting onboarding.
Onboarding and Training – Ensuring new hires are set up for success with policies, training, and resources.
Office and Administrative Support – Managing office supplies, coordinating vendors, and overseeing office upkeep.
Operational Compliance – Supporting compliance and HR processes to maintain a well-structured work environment.
